Freight can be prepaid or collect at your option. Customs clearance fees are not included by default, but we provide full documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certification certificates, etc.) to facilitate smooth clearance.

We provide one-stop logistics services, supporting sea freight, air freight, courier, etc. Optimal logistics solutions are recommended based on your delivery address and time requirements, with full logistics tracking for safe delivery.

Full packaging customization is supported (logo printing, custom gift boxes, manuals, labels, etc.). Outer packaging is free for orders meeting MOQ. Special materials/processes are priced separately and can be included in the product quote or billed independently (negotiable).

1-year warranty. For non-human damage during the warranty period, we offer free repair or replacement. Long-term after-sales technical support is also provided.

Yes. You can specify an authoritative third-party testing agency or use our recommended partners. Inspection fees are negotiable. Shipment is arranged only after passing inspection.

Yes. Our products are designed in compliance with BSCI, CE, FCC, RoHS, ETL and other international standards. Most products already have certificates; uncertified ones will undergo testing immediately after bulk order confirmation to ensure certificates are shipped with products. Original verification or official inquiry links are available.

We have a full-process quality control system covering pre-production raw material inspection, in-production process sampling, and post-production full inspection. Each process is supervised by specialists to ensure a product qualification rate of over 99.8%.

If delays are caused by us, we will notify you immediately and provide compensation (e.g., partial payment waiver, free accessories) based on delay duration. Emergency capacity will be activated to accelerate delivery and minimize your losses.

We have 5 standardized production lines: 300,000 aroma diffusers/month and 300,000 wax melt warmers/month. Seasonal large orders are accepted with advance capacity planning and material preparation to ensure on-time delivery during peak seasons.

Yes. Rush orders receive priority production based on urgency and capacity, ensuring shortest delivery time. Rush fees are determined by order specifics.

Regular lead time is 30-45 working days, depending on order quantity and customization complexity. A detailed production schedule with key milestones will be provided after order confirmation.

We provide a detailed price difference comparison table for different plans, clearly listing cost changes from function adjustments or material replacements (e.g., regular glass to borosilicate glass, plastic to metal) for your selection.

Prices offer volume-based discounts (higher quantity = lower unit price). If raw material prices fluctuate significantly, both parties can negotiate adjustments with written notice in advance.

Our quotation is a transparent detailed quote, covering raw material procurement, production, labor, basic packaging, quality inspection, etc. Custom molds, special processes, and exclusive packaging will be listed separately with no hidden fees.

4-5 free revisions are provided for regular customization projects. Unlimited revisions are offered if caused by our design or process issues. For revisions due to changes in customer requirements, additional fees can be negotiated beyond the free quota.

Samples and bulk products use the same raw materials, production processes and quality control standards, ensuring samples serve as the quality benchmark for bulk orders. A pre-production sample will be provided for secondary confirmation before mass production to guarantee consistency.

Sample fees are calculated based on customization complexity and mold development costs. If the subsequent bulk order meets the agreed MOQ, sample fees can be fully deducted from the payment. Specific deduction rules will be specified in the cooperation agreement.

The sampling cycle for regular customized samples is 7-15 working days. For customizations involving complex mold development or functional design, the cycle may extend to 30 working days. A detailed schedule can be confirmed based on project requirements.

Yes. We support customizations via drawings, samples, or even just conceptual descriptions. Our R&D team will refine and optimize the plan based on your materials, and provide detailed feasibility reports and design drafts for your confirmation.

Regular MOQ varies by product category and customization complexity. For aroma diffusers and wax melt warmers, the regular MOQ is 1,000 units. For long-term partners or those with large follow-up order plans, MOQ can be flexibly negotiated.
